Lynchburg’s newest taproom and brewery opened summer of 2020, Three Road Brewing is housed in a former Ford dealership. The taproom features their signature, relaxed Three Roads style, complete with indoor and outdoor seating, and, of course, GREAT BEER, local art, fast and free wi-fi, regular live music events, games & snacks available! They also feature non-alcoholic craft sodas made to order!

As the second oldest craft brewery in Virginia, Starr Hill has led the way as a pioneer in the industry, helping to lay the groundwork for the growing craft beer community in the region. Starr Hill now brews 28,000 barrels of beer each year and its growing selection of beers can be found across the Southeast. You can find them on Main Street in Downtown Lynchburg ready to serve you five types of beer blends including stouts, wheat, fruit beers, and more. Plus, $1 of every pint of The Love sold, the taproom will donate proceeds to a selected charity of the month!
The Water Dog
Located on Jefferson Street of Downtown Lynchburg, The Water Dog is a great place to get a taste of local craft beers. They have 36 draft beers that they strive to keep as local as possible. This is also a great place to grab a bite to eat. You could try fried or baked oysters, parmesan-crusted pretzel bites or maybe even the River Dog (served with beer cheese…so that counts on a beer crawl, right?).
